Parking
We offer both garage and valet parking; please bring your parking ticket with you to the office so we can validate it. Parking in the main garage at Rose Medical Center is free with validation for the first 2 1/2 hours. Valet parking is also available for $3 with validation ($4 without).

We accept most major insurance plans, including (but not limited to) those listed below; phone numbers and websites are listed for your convenience. We accept Medicare with supplementary coverage. We do not accept Medicaid, Colorado Access, or Evercare. If you have questions about a specific plan, please call the office prior to your appointment.

Emergency/After Hours Contact
In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911. If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait until normal office hours, please call the office at 303-393-1027 to have the provider on call paged.
Other Accommodations
Our office meets all ADA accessibility requirements. Valet parking is also available for $3 with validation ($4 without).
